Light to Medium Roast: 90–93°C
Dark Roast and Special Processing: 88–90°C
Place approximately 80 grams of ice in a glass
,Set drip bag on cup or server and level the coffee by tapping
Steadily pour hot water into the drip bag until the water level just above the coffee bed (approximately 40g)
Wait for 1 minute, and steadily pour hot water until the water level is about half of the drip chair (about 50g)
Wait until the water is completely gone, and you can see the coffee bed (About 50 sec wait)
Steadily pour hot water until water level is the same as Step 4 (40~50 g)
When coffee is completely filtered, discard the drip bag (Total brewing time 3 minutes)
Block off the leftover ice in the cup and pour coffee into a different cup filled with some ice, and enjoy!
